Part 5: COVID-19 Update – Liability for Temporary Disability Benefits

Under the order, any illness related to COVID-19 is presumed to arise out of and in the course of the employment for purposes of awarding workers’ compensation benefits if specific conditions are met. He'll outline the conditions and discuss the implications for employers, injured workers and practitioners throughout the system.
Part 9: COVID-19 Update – Psychiatric Injuries
